This is why every year we contribute to solidarity initiatives that allow us to help improve our immediate surroundings, and others that are further away, working toward alleviating social problems, or at least humbly contributing to their process of eradication.<\/p>\n

Our management of the company must be in line with the needs of our society. This is why we have made the commitment to create our Equality in Treatment and Opportunity<\/strong> to effectively achieve equality between Women and Men in the company.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Despite not being obliged to do so by law, GOVERTIS adopts these policies out of the absolute conviction that there must be true equality between women and men.<\/p>\n

This Equality Plan is being developed following the guidelines set forth in Spanish legislation, and fully subject to integration in the Principle of Equality in Treatment and Opportunity as detailed in Spanish Organic Law 3\/2007<\/strong> for the effective equality between women and men.<\/p>\n
